Hapdeok Police Box (chief Cho Dae-hyun) and Woogang Nonghyup (union leader Kim Young-gu) are working to prevent traffic accidents by producing and attaching a large amount of “safe driving” to the rear of the rice-carrying trailer for farmers who come to purchase at the Woogang RPC.
